Objednávku môže kupujúci stornovať prostredníctvom e-mailu kedykoľvek pred potvrdením prijatia objednávky zo strany predávajúceho. Predávajúci si vyhradzuje právo stornovať objednávku v prípade, keď nebude môcť tovar dodať z dôvodu nedostupnosti materiálu u dodávateľa. O tejto skutočnosti bude predávajúci kupujúceho informovať bez zbytočného odkladu.
Cena tovaru
Cena tovaru je stanovená v závislosti od druhu odevu, návrhu, materiálu a zhotovenia konkrétneho výrobku. Kupujúci je s cenou oboznámený vopred, a cenu výrobku akceptuje potvrdením objednávky. Dohodnutá cena výrobku je konečná a platná. Vzhľadom k procesu výroby sa môže cena zmeniť. O prípadnej zmene je kupujúci oboznámený vždy vopred a zmena nastane po jeho odsúhlasení a akceptovaní novej ceny. K cene tovaru sa pripočíta cena za dopravu podľa zvoleného spôsobu doručenia.

Odstúpenie od zmluvy, vrátenie tovaru:
V súlade s platnými zákonmi podľa § 12 ods. 5c zákona o podomovom predaji a zásielkovom predaji, kupujúci nie je oprávnený odstúpiť od kúpnej zmluvy. Odstúpenie od zmluvy, vrátenie tovaru:
V súlade s platnými zákonmi je kupujúci oprávnený tovar vrátiť bez udania dôvodu kupujúcemu do 14 dní od jeho prevzatia. Odstúpiť od zmluvy je nutné preukázateľným spôsobom (písomne, e-mailom) s uvedením čísla objednávky a dátumu nákupu. Toto právo Vám vyplýva z § 12 Zákona o ochrane spotrebiteľa pri zásielkovom predaji (zákon č. 108/2000 Zb.). Neskoršie odstúpenie od zmluvy už nie je možné. Následne tovar kupujúci odošle späť predávajúcemu. Kupujúci je povinný vrátiť v tomto prípade nepoužitý a kompletný tovar v pôvodnom nepoškodenom obale spoločne s priloženým dokladom o kúpe. Náklady súvisiace s vrátením tovaru hradí kupujúci. Odporúčame poslať tovar ako poistenú zásielku. Pri vrátení tovaru nie je možné akceptovať vrátenie tovaru zásielkou na dobierku. Pri splnení všetkých vyššie uvedených podmienok sa predávajúci zaväzuje vrátiť kupujúcemu zaplatenú kúpnu cenu prevodom na účet, a to do 14 pracovných dní od prevzatia tovaru.
Záverečné ustanovenia
Všetky zmeny týchto všeobecných obchodných podmienok budú prevedené výhradne v písomnej forme a budú uverejnené na internetovej stránke predávajúceho (www.richiestudio.com) najneskôr v deň ich vstúpenia do platnosti. Tieto všeobecné obchodné podmienky sú platné od 30. 07. 2020.

Price of the goods
The price of the goods is determined depending on the type of garment, the design, the material and the manufacture of the specific product. The buyer is informed of the price in advance and accepts the price of the product by confirming the order. The agreed price of the product is final and valid. Due to the production process, the price may change. The buyer is always informed of any change in advance and the change takes place after the buyer has agreed and accepted the new price. The price of the goods will be added to the price of the shipping according to the chosen delivery method.

Delivery time
The Seller undertakes to make and deliver the goods as soon as possible depending on their availability in stock. The delivery time varies from 14 days to 4 weeks from receipt of a binding order or from receipt of payment for the goods on account. The Buyer agrees to pay the full amount of the purchase price of the Goods including postage. The Buyer shall not acquire ownership of the Goods until the date of payment of the price to the Seller in full. The Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or damage to the goods caused by the post office or delivery service. The Seller shall not be liable for the impossibility of delivery of the goods due to force majeure or in the event that the ordered goods cannot be produced within the requested time due to the unavailability of the material on the market.
Withdrawal from the contract, return of goods:
In accordance with the applicable laws pursuant to § 12 paragraph 5c of the Act on Doorstep and Mail Order Sales, the buyer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract of sale. This right derives from § 12 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Mail Order Sales (Act No. 108/2000 Coll.). Later withdrawal from the contract is no longer possible. The buyer will then send the goods back to the seller. In this case, the buyer is obliged to return the unused and complete goods in the original undamaged packaging together with the enclosed proof of purchase. The Buyer shall bear the costs of returning the goods. We recommend sending the goods as an insured shipment. Returns by COD cannot be accepted when returning goods. If all of the above conditions are met, the seller agrees to refund the purchase price paid to the buyer by bank transfer within 14 working days of receipt of the goods.
